Tickets are $50 per person! After May 9th, tickets are $55. Ticket prices are not refundable or tax deductible for attendees (or no-shows) because we purchase food and other party supplies for you. Monetary donations are tax deductible.
On-Line Registration and Donation: An e-mail confirmation/receipt will be sent by Sally Potts to you shortly after you complete your purchase or donation. Be sure you have entered an email address for the person whose credit card you are using. Address information is required on the page where you specify your credit card. If you are registering more than one person, the program will ask if you want to carry over the contact information for each registrant. This should be the person who is providing the credit card.
Required information is preceded with an asterisk *. If you click "submit," and nothing happens, check that you entered all the asterisk information. When asked to enter "First Name," please enter ONE attendee's first name. (Example: Enter Susan, not Gary and Susan) You will be asked to enter the other attendee's name further down.
Much of the data entry for registration is "Optional" because many of you are already in our database. Please DO complete this optional information if your contact information has changed or you don't think you are already in our database.
Bid Numbers: We assume that everyone you register will share one bid number. Please let us know in the "Special Accommodations" box if you are registering for someone who will need a separate bid number from yours.
Registration at Event: Please remember to bring your credit card with you on May 20. We do not retain your credit card information that you use on this web page. We will scan your card so that you can charge your purchases and make it easy to check out at the end of the evening. This will be the sixth year that we use our credit card system.

10 drink tickets for $10
If you run out of tickets and want just one more drink, you may pay cash at the Bar. More drink and raffle tickets will also be sold at the ticket selling table in the parish hall.
Wall of Wine:
Purchase a cork for $20 for a bottle of wine that is valued at $25 or more. Take your cork to the Parish Hall to exchange it for a bottle of wine that is yours! Yes, you may purchase more than one cork! Corks are available until we run out, or the Dark Side is defeated, whichever is first.
