Information for Childcare

RSVP Form for Childcare

Childcare by reservation only.  No walk-ins.  We must have the right number of childcare workers, based on numbers of children and breakdown of ages.

                                          There is no cost for this year’s childcare during the event.   

Food:  We will supply child friendly food, fresh fruit, and water.  If your child prefers something else, please pack food and drink for your child.  Please let us know of any allergies.

. Babies to 3 year olds will be dropped off in the Grace House Library.   Parents, please pack food for your babies.

. 4 year olds to 8^th graders will be dropped off in the Grace House Conference Room.  They will then have activities before they return for dinner to the Conference Room before 5:45.

. All children will join their parents in the parish hall at 7:00 for dessert.

. Parents have the OPTION to leave babies to 3 year olds in childcare until the end of the event at 7:30. This is by request\reservation only!!

. We will provide a waiver to be signed by parents.

There is a Childcare registration form in the FOTH invitation you received in the mail. There are more forms at the FOTH rolling bulletin board outside or in the parish hall after Sunday services, and in the church office. 

Please fill out a registration form and mail it or deliver it to the church office as soon as possible and no later than Aug. 27th.  Office hours are Mon - Thurs. 10 to 3.
