Due to Covid, this is a special night because it's been four years since we've had a big function in the evening as we party with a purpose to do fundraising for Outreach.  

We’re going to Italy for the night!  

This is a themed event where the whole parish can come together in fun and fellowship to support the work these organizations do.  With some imagination, you’ll think you’re visiting cities in Italy and enjoying some tasty Italian treats, and there is no airfare!  It’s right in our parish hall. Come travel with us as we gather to do what we do best...have fun while we do good work.

We even encourage you to come dressed as your favorite Italian theme.  There are so many ideas online.  You might be a tourists, or wear a pizza hat, or a t-shirt with iconic buildings, or meatballs and spaghetti, or a Roman senator, or a famous Italian artist or work of art (not The David statue, please) If you wish you may come as your wonderful self.

We’re raising funds for grants to support 15 ministries.                            We’re doing this to help all the ministries that we support through our work in Outreach.  The best  meeting of the year is when we get to allocate all the grants to the fifteen ministries and many  events that St. Timothy’s supports.  The work they do is amazing and they help those in need in  so  many ways.  All these worthwhile organizations are listed on the Beneficiaries page.  We work  hard  to have a night that not only brings us together for a great party with a catered dinner and  socializing,  but to inform you about the incredible work that these groups are doing to help people’s  live get better. 

We have grown in these past 25 years.  Our first event in 1997 was formed to help Saint Paul’s  Episcopal Church in Grand Forks, North Dakota after a terrible flood.  We thought we would raise  about $2,000, but we ended up sending them $16,340.  Since then, FOTH has raised a net of  over $854,000 and given away much more in grants with the addition of donations  and the  allocated amount in the church Outreach budget.  Over the years, we have given funds to 23      beneficiaries on a local, national, and global level.

It takes an army to put this together. 

This is a parish-wide event. We need your help.  It's a great way for newcomers to become involved and meet people to become part of the family that is St.Timothy’s.  We even have a Sign Up Genius volunteer and donations page so you can see and sign up wherever you might want to jump in.  Also, check the weekly announcements and the Tidings newsletter for upcoming work parties.
