Come to the second annual Amber Bistro Dinner on Sunday, April 28th, 2013. This is a fixed price dinner for $105 per person and $55 of the ticket price is tax deductible and will go to Outreach. Seventy of us will take over the whole restaurant, and we will have live music. Experience a dinner from recipes out of Julia Child's 1963 cookbook "Mastering the Art of French Cooking," in which she introduced America to fine French food, good wine, fun cooking. We will celebrate our 60's theme with Julia's influence and with a meal prepared by Executive Chef Shane Hammett at Amber Bistro.
