A night to share the peace and love!

FRUITS OF THE HARVEST  (FOTH)
is Saint Timothy’s biggest fundraising event of the year to benefit our Outreach causes. It is also a FUNraising evening with a different theme each year.  As St. Timothy's begins its 60th year, we're going back in time to the 60's, a turbulent time full of change and protest followed by a movement seeking peace, understanding, and spreading love and joy.  The Beatles and all the music of the time will set the mood.  All You Need is Love!!! ...and  knowing that we will party with a purpose to raise funds for those in need.

The night will be fast paced and includes a  silent auction, raffles, a catered dinner on the patio, with live music by the Smokin' J's that will just make you want to twist and shout!   Come join the fun and fellowship of 150 cool dudes (yes, you!) having a good time as we do some serious fundraising.

In addition to the silent auction and raffles we will have some fun live opportunities to win big without having to spend a lot.  In the Heads or Tails event during dinner, for a $25 chance, you might win a $500 Apple Gift card,  and at the Wall of Wine (it's like WOW, man), you can buy a numbered cork for $20 that will get you a bottle of wine worth $25 or more.  You can't lose.  And our biggest raffle of the night: for just a $1 raffle ticket you could win the coveted Reserved Parking Space in the St. Timothy's parking lot. The perfect thing for those attending the "9:10" Sunday service!

Beneficiaries - Over the past 15 years, Fruits of the Harvest has raised nearly $390,000 for charitable organizations on a global, national, and local level. This year we are doing something different.  Instead of selecting three beneficiaries as in the past, we will now add all the net proceeds from this event to supplement the fixed amount that is budgeted yearly to Outreach.  This will allow us to support our 13+ (and growing) list of groups that we currently give grants to every year in a more generous manner so that we can make a difference in the lives of people in great need. Click on the link up above on the right to see the current list of organizations and their St. Timothy's liaison.

Volunteers and Donors - This is a parish-wide event for adults, with everyone pitching in with their talent, time and treasure. We cannot do this without your help, so please look for the "Big Board" after each Sunday service to see where you can help us  with your labor and with donating auction items.  At our Fruits of the Harvest, we reap our silent auction donations from our congregation as well as businesses in our community. At the Big Board, we have Donor Letters and Donation Forms available for businesses that require them. Please pick some up if you feel comfortable soliciting items from places that you support.

Sign up on line -  We are  High-Tech!!  You can make an auction donation online now, and by September 1st, you can sign up to register for the event with your credit card. You will receive receipts by email for both. The catalog we will hand out at the event will include descriptions of the auction items. We ask that our donors provide information on their donation well in advance; otherwise, their donation will not be included on the website or the brochure.

You’ll still be able to register to attend and signup your donations just as you always have on Sundays after church.

Fruits and Nuts - The fruits and nuts of the harvest chairing the event are getting into the spirit of the theme and the Fab Four include Tori "MOON SHADOW" Nelson, Tania "SUGAR MAGNOLIA" Hanson-De Young, as well as those crazy hippies, Leslie "KARMA DHARMA" Firth and Susan "LUCY IN THE SKY" Cyr.   Come join the fun and fellowship with about 150 cool dudes having a great time while raising some serious funds.
