RSVP Form for Childcare – due no later than August 30th
Childcare is by reservation only. No walk-ins. We must have the right number of childcare workers, based on numbers of children and breakdown of ages.There is no cost for this year’s childcare during the event.
Please print and complete this RSVP Form and return it to the parish office. There are also more Childcare RSVP forms at the FOTH red bulletin board outside the church doors or in the parish hall after Sunday services, the church office (Hours: Tues. to Thurs. - 10 am to 3 pm.,) and in the Grace House entry.
Food: We will supply cheese pizza, fresh fruit, and water at dinner. If your child prefers something else, please pack food and drink for them.
Please let us know of any allergies.
- 4 years old to 8th graders will have some outdoor time and will return for dinner before 5:45 with a plan to watch a movie in
the Parish Hall Youth Room.
- Children may join their parents in the parish hall around 7:20 after the Fund A Need event to enjoy dessert or children may remain in childcare until the end of the event at 8 pm.
After registration, we will send a Participation and Waiver Form to be signed by parents due by Aug. 30th.

We will be in touch before the event with more details on drop off location, waiver, etc., when we know the number of children/youth attending.
